I started to write songs in 2014. First it was a small hobby, but it soon developed into something bigger.
I have won two competitions, and both times it's been a shared first place. The competitions were the Tonsätt Torvalds -competition in Turku 2016, arranged by Åbolands litteraturförening, and a competition arranged by Helsingfors sång- och musikförbund. Besides that I have written music for my band Ratatosk, for choirs, and for myself as a performing troubadour.
My biggest projects so far were two musical plays with songs, choreographies and spoken dialogue, named Löfteslandet. The performance was in Turku 23.4.2017. The follow up, Löfteslandet II- Jericho Edition, was performed in Turku 8.4.2018.
I have also composed the music to Iranons Vandring, a short story by H.P. Lovecraft (translated into Swedish by Oskar Källner), with songs and music for Hurdy Gurdy.
Right now I'm working on a musical play together with my friend and co-worker Isa. We are most thankful for financial support from Svenska Kulturfonden, Konstsamfundet and Svensk-Österbottniska Samfundet.
